In 2018, my career began with Coldwell Banker Realty as a Sales Support Administrator for the Rumson, New Jersey office. As an administrator, I assisted agents with their transactions. Also, this is when I began to learn and teach about all of the tools on Desk. It became clear that there are so many tools and ways to use them. More importantly, there aren't many wrong ways to use these tools. However, the worst way to use our tools is when you choose not to use them. And while there aren't many wrong ways to use these tools, there are best practices. That's where an Agent Development Specialist, like me, comes in.
